Ingredients:

  • 100g of pasta (twisted shape)
  • 50g of shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon of chopped parsley (for garnish)

Kitchen Tools Needed:

  • Pot
  • Colander
  • Stirring spoon
  • Serving plate

Instructions:

  • Boil water in a pot and add a pinch of salt.
  • Add the twisted pasta to the boiling water and cook for about 3 minutes or until al dente.
  • Drain the pasta and return it to the pot.
  • Add olive oil, shredded cheese, salt, and pepper to the pasta, stirring until the cheese melts and coats the pasta evenly.
  • Serve hot, garnished with chopped parsley.
