  • 1/4 avocado, sliced (50g)
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds (9g)

  • Knife
  • Cutting board
  • Spoon

Instructions:

  • Spread the hummus evenly over the whole wheat tortilla.
  • Layer the shredded carrots, cucumber slices, and avocado on top of the hummus.
  • Sprinkle sesame seeds over the vegetables.
  • Roll the tortilla tightly to form a wrap.
  • Slice the wrap in half and serve immediately.
