- 1 tablespoon of oil
- Salt to taste
- 1 cup of water

Instructions:
- In a bowl, wash the basmati rice until the water runs clear.
- Add the mixed vegetables, yogurt, biryani spice mix, oil, salt, and water to the bowl with rice.
- Cover the bowl with a microwave-safe lid or plate.
- Microwave on high for 4 minutes, then let sit for 1 minute.
- Fluff the biryani with a spoon before serving.
