  • 50g of yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon of biryani spice mix
  • 1 tablespoon of oil
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 cup of water

Kitchen Tools Needed:

  • Microwave
  • Bowl
  • Spoon

Instructions:

  • In a bowl, wash the basmati rice until the water runs clear.
  • Add the mixed vegetables, yogurt, biryani spice mix, oil, salt, and water to the bowl with rice.
  • Cover the bowl with a microwave-safe lid or plate.
  • Microwave on high for 4 minutes, then let sit for 1 minute.
  • Fluff the biryani with a spoon before serving.
