Ingredients:
- 1 sheet of phyllo pastry
- 1 medium apple, peeled and sliced
- 50g of granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
- 25g of melted butter
- 30g of raisins

- Mixing bowl
- Knife
- Rolling pin
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the sliced apple, granulated sugar, cinnamon, and raisins, mixing well until the apples are coated.
- Lay the phyllo pastry sheet on a baking tray and brush it with melted butter.
- Spread the apple mixture evenly over the phyllo pastry while leaving some space at the edges.
- Roll the pastry tightly but gently, starting from one edge, to form a log.
- Seal the edges of the pastry and brush the top with any remaining melted butter.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 20 minutes or until golden brown.
