Instructions:
- In a mixing bowl, combine minced chicken, green onions, minced ginger, soy sauce, sesame oil, and salt. Mix well until thoroughly combined.
- Take a gluten-free dumpling wrapper and place a spoonful of the chicken mixture in the center.
- Fold the wrapper over the filling, and pleat the edges to seal the dumpling.
- Place the dumplings in a steamer over boiling water and steam for about 5 minutes until cooked through.
