Ingredients:

  • 100g of gluten-free dumpling wrappers
  • 50g of minced chicken
  • 30g of finely chopped green onions
  • 1 teaspoon of minced ginger
  • 1 tablespoon of soy sauce (gluten-free)
  • 1 teaspoon of sesame oil
  • Salt to taste

Kitchen Tools Needed:

  • Steamer
  • Mixing bowl
  • Spoon

Instructions:

  • In a mixing bowl, combine minced chicken, green onions, minced ginger, soy sauce, sesame oil, and salt. Mix well until thoroughly combined.
  • Take a gluten-free dumpling wrapper and place a spoonful of the chicken mixture in the center.
  • Fold the wrapper over the filling, and pleat the edges to seal the dumpling.
  • Place the dumplings in a steamer over boiling water and steam for about 5 minutes until cooked through.
